Ordering

Are your tees held in stock?

Most DSTRY tees are printed to order. It means we make what is wanted rather than filling a warehouse with guesses.

How long will my order take?

Your tee needs to be printed before it is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another email when it is on the way. The delivery estimate shown at checkout includes the available shipping information for your address.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email info@amplifydestroy.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will help where we can, but changes cannot be guaranteed once printing has started.

Delivery

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. Standard UK delivery is free when your order total is over £25.

Will I receive tracking?

If tracking is available for your delivery service, it will be included in your dispatch email.

Size and care

How do the tees fit?

Our standard tees use unisex sizing. Choose your normal size for a regular fit or size up if you prefer it looser. Check the Size Guide before ordering.

How should I wash my tee?

Wash it inside out on a cool cycle. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron directly over the print.

Returns

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Trying it on is fine; just keep it free from marks, makeup and deodorant.

Who pays for return postage?

For unwanted items, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. There is no restocking fee. See our Returns and Cancellations page for the full policy.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Email info@amplifydestroy.com with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. We will put it right.
