You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returning an item

Email info@amplifydestroy.com before sending anything back. Include your order number so we can deal with the request quickly.

The item must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. Trying it on is fine, provided it is returned free from marks, makeup and deodorant.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items that are not damaged or incorrect can be exchanged or returned for store credit under our 30-day returns policy.

If you wish to exercise your 14-day right to cancel and request a monetary refund, contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If we have sent the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. We will put it right.

Return postage

For unwanted items, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We do not provide a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee.
